5.3 acr365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All transactions completed using valid login credentials are deemed to have been authorised by the account holder.

7.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, or to an alternative verified payment method held in your name, subject to acr365 approval.
7.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, your account identity must be fully verified. acr365 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving a withdrawal request.
7.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. Requests below the minimum withdrawal threshold will not be processed.
7.4 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
